With a background in Computer Science, an MBA in Human Resource Management and Technology Management, and a PHRi certification, Nateisha has spent over nine years helping businesses and professionals across the Caribbean, Asia, and beyond transform how they build teams, careers, and systems.

Her career has taken her across St. Vincent, Venezuela, Vietnam, Taiwan, and the US, giving her an intimate understanding of cultural nuances, lean operations, and scalable HR design for modern businesses.
